P. N. Singh has worked with SAIL for over twenty-five years. He was also vice chairman of the grievance redressal cell at ONGC. He has taught industrial relations to management students for over ten years. He worked as a senior professor with IMT Ghaziabad for seven years before moving to FORE School of Management. Currently, he is teaching at the Army Institute of Management, Noida.

Neeraj Kumar, currently an associate professor in the area of organizational behaviour and human resources at FORE School of Management, has worked with SAIL India for over fifteen years.
