Justice V. R. Krishna Iyer, Retired Judge, Supreme Court of India, was born on 15th November 1915. In 1956 he became a lawyer and a legislator. In 1957 he became a Minister in the first Communist Government in Kerala. He has been awarded the Padma Vibhushan by the Indian government.
