The content of the book are intentionally chosen to be at a basic level because it is exactly here that the student needs the foundation of the concept. The examples through PSPICE simulation, with programmes, (rather than the conventional mathematical equations and numerical examples) and presentation of results graphically, is intended to arouse the internet of the students in running the simulations with different set of data, thereby consolidating the comprehensive of the concepts.

To enable those not introduced to PSPICE, a separate topic on the same, with examples and detailed step by step explanation of programmes is included covering the fundamental aspects, without assuming any prerequisite on the part of the student.
