Neharika Vohra received her Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. She is Professor, OB Group, at IIM Ahmedabad, and has taught at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, and Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Vohra is associated with Vikalpa: The Journal for Decision Makers, Indian Psychological Abstracts and Reviews, and International Journal of Cross Cultural Management in various editorial capacities.

Dr. Vohra's research interests are in the areas of cross-cultural behavior, discipline development issues, gender issues in the workplace, change management, educational leadership, quality education for remote and rural populations, and performance improvement through people. She has published over 25 articles and research papers in several journals. She has been involved in the training of executives at various national and multinational corporations. Dr. Vohra has coordinated various training programs for small-scale industries located in Orissa in collaboration with Small Industries Development Bank of India.
